Regular pinch back of the stems just above a leaf node is the best way to make any plants bushier.

  3. Best way is to listen to your plant. Peace Lillies can be quite dramatic. It droops when it requires water, check the frequency when it does that. Based on that you can set a watering schedule. It also depends on the humidity inside your home, having a humidifier also keeps it happy.

  4. How long this has been like this. Usually it revives on its own after few weeks time when kept in apt condition. Look for new growth in two to three weeks time

    You will be able to find yellow sticky traps online. It helped us. You can also try using simple soap water solution. mix few drops of dish soap with water and spray on the leaves.
