    It looks like a fungal issue. you can cut that leaf and repot the plant. Also check if you are overwatering.

    I usually find softwood cuttings to be easier. I have few cuttings which I planted 4 weeks back and few leaves are already there on it. Take cuttings which has leaves, about 6 to 8 inches long, cut it below the leaf node. I usually dip it in rooting hormone gel and place in planter with normal pottiRead more

Take cuttings which has leaves, about 6 to 8 inches long, cut it below the leaf node. I usually dip it in rooting hormone gel and place in planter with normal potting mix. Make sure it is moist daily. You would see leaves emerging by 3rd week.

    You will be able to find yellow sticky traps online. It helped us. You can also try using simple soap water solution. mix few drops of dish soap with water and spray on the leaves.
